automatic import to PA41 ? (resubmit)

I need to find a batch method of uploading new job requistions from a HODES applicant tracking into Lawson.  The only method I saw was PA535, which is used only for Lawson e-recruiting. I was told that was not an option, because of the position defaults setup in Lawson.

Is there a option I can use?

and are position defaults really a 'deal breaker' for PA535?

Any ideas?
