Hello, I'm new to this forum. We currently use Lawson Benefits Administration but will be discontinuing use of that module and changing to use of a TPA and payroll deduction via interfaces. Does anybody out there do this who could comment on their methods?

I have done a number of those types of interfaces for various Lawson clients.
They typically are comprised of three feeds:
- Outbound employee demographics to TPA
- Inbound deductions from TPA to stop/start/change in payroll (use PR514 CSV format)
- Outbound deductions taken from payroll to TPA
