Which First: TA to LP or Apps 8.1 to 9.0?

We just completed our environment upgrade from 8.0.3 to LSF 9.0.6. We will be from TA to LP this year, and are also planning to do our apps upgrade from 8.1 to 9.0 this year.

I understand that TA is being decommissioned next June, and that TA will be supported ONLY for users on Apps 9.0 or above (do I understand this correctly?)

We currently have only HR/PR apps (as well as e-Recruiting, and Process Flow.)

My questions are:

Is there a particular order that anyone can recommend as far as implementation of these two projects?

Is it true that we must be on apps 9.0 in order to be supported on TA until 6/2010?

Is there significant impact on LP OR TA with the apps upgrade?

Thanks for any suggestions! We have a fairly complex TA setup, so our move to LP needs to be timed carefully so that we don't have apps changes going on as we implement.

My understanding (you should of course verify with your Lawson rep):
- TA 8.0/8.1/9.0 will be supported until 5/31/2010.
- You can do the 8.1->9.0 upgrade with TA, and then have until 5/31/2010 to complete the TA->LP upgrade.
Since LP only exists in 9.0, you will need to do the 8.1->9.0 upgrade first, then the TA->LP upgrade.
The TA 8.1->9.0 upgrade is low impact.
