PR23 Addins

Does anyone know where I can find an addins to do a "change" to PR23 records? I'm thinking I need to use a hidden key, but I'm struggling with howto do it.

Any help is appreciated!

However, I do not see anything for PR23. Do you know how to use (???- ctrl+shift+A or alt+shift+A -???) in portal to get the structure of hidden keys?
