Is anyone using Lawson's e-recruiting module? We have it, but have not installed it. I really haven't heard any positive comments about it and am wondering if it is worth it.

We are using Lawson's e-recruiting. I get the impression from Lawson that the e-Recruiting product is just in support mode. The product only runs on Oracle. If you are an Oracle shop that not that big of a deal. I think it does have some rough edges that you will need to work around. For example part that extracts new hires into Lawson I just rewrote instead of trying to get the built in extract working.
