Can anyone clarify the various definitions to build under the Citizen field of PA18. Example if someone has a US permanent resident card their country would be US, Citizen would be defined as alien resident and document would be Permanent Resident card. But, if someone holds an H1B document from Canada...their country would obviously be Canada (CA), document would be H1B, and I would imagine the citizen field you'd select citizen...since they are a citizen of Canada...correct? What other definitions do you know have been created under the Citizen field of PA18?

Was anyone able to help you clarify this field? We are looking to use this form, too, and that is the only field that I'm wondering what the intent is. I would skip it, but it's required.
