Smart Notification Instruction Manual?

i am brand new to Smart Notes and am trying to build my very first one. Yay! But, I kind of need instructions. I had training, which was a year ago, and I am finally applying that knowldge, which means I remembered nothing. Wondering if anyone has any type of Smart Note instruction manual or tips in a word doc that could at least get me started? I am sure there is a book buried somewhere in my diesk, but I work from home and my desk is 26 miles from here, so I am hoping that somewhere, someone actually has an electronic version of Smart Note Instructions they'd be willing to share.
