Can we update IPA without update Landmark?

I believe the answer is "No". Your IPA version and your Landmark version must match.

Landmark doesn't do patches like LSF. Everything is deployed together as a version.

I agree with Woozy. I haven't seen a stand-alone installer yet just for IPA. We have had run the Landmark installer to get IPA updated. I have seen separate installers for Grid updates.

Thanks for Woozy and Ethan reply. OK, after updating Landmark how do I go to update IPA without losing existing IPA configuration and existing pflow?

The only configuration that we have ever lost is on the LPD side when installing the new client. We were told by Infor to always update the LPD client to the same release as the Landmark release and to uninstall the existing client and do a clean install of the new client, not to update. Doing this causes you to lose the client configuration settings.

We have never lost any settings doing a Landmark update.

You don't lose anything when you install a new IPA CU.

When doing a client update, if you backup your bpm.properties file in the LPD client install directory prior to uninstall of the client, you can replace it after the new client install to have your setting/connections restored.
