I have a user with a RM setup identical to my test user. The user can only see 1 of our 2 product lines in the addin. Any idea why?

Are the two users in the same security class?

1. Are you using LAUA security or LS security?
2. If you made the change recently, have you tried an IOSCacheRefresh?
