I am trying to upload to PO21.3 and could not remember how to find the hidden required keys. I opened a web chat and was told by Lawson that you can't upload to hidden keys - that procurement group isn't required to upload to PO20.

I searched the knowledge base and found that it's ctrl+alt+a (I was using shift not alt) - I sent the article, she said it was new information to her. I then figured out that it wanted the 14 character PO number and got the familiar "Must inquire before using this function code (_f0)" - So now it knows what I want - I'm just missing a field.

I told her this and she asked if it resolved my issue. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with. She replied that she was opening an incident and would ask for help if she needed it. And then she closed the webchat.

I have never had this kind of service from Lawson before. When I asked on the incident to increase the priority to High - as we have an order stuck, she changed it back to medium and told me that she was researching and any critical POs would have to be manually entered.
