Deleting IC12 Records

Hello Gurus,

I'm trying to delete an IC12 record, but I got an error "cannot delete; receipts exist.". I checked and there are no receipts. Can someone please help?

You can only deleted an IC12 if it has not been used. If it's been used then you can only Inactivate. I'm not sure where you're checking to verify if there were any receipts for the item. You could check PO58 Receipt Inquiry or drill around on the IC12 item to see if there is a last received date.
