SmartOffice launching LBI

We have LBI enabled in SmartOffice.   Users are able to click the dashboard and be brought directly in....  however when they click a link from that dashboard, they are presented with a login box.

Any suggestions as to where to look?  I was under the impression that they shouldn't have to log in.

I see this is an old post, but did you get a resolution to this issue? I'm having some Smart Office / LBI issues myself.

Yes, we did. It was something that was wrong in our config. I tried to figure out where it was that it was changed, but it's been so long ago now that I can't find it. It was through a call (webex) with Infor that we figured it out though.
