Attachments

I'm doing some work with Attachment processing (normal comment Attachments, not URLs) and I have a few questions. I'm a developer, not an Admin, so perhaps an Admin would know the answers. And I've looked for answers to these questions on the Infor KB/documentation without success:

1)  When viewing Attachments in Portal, the Attachment are appearing in Descending update sequence, not Title alpha sequence. We would prefer Title alpha /update date. Is this
      a .cfg file option? I'm not seeing any sequence options in Portal user preferences.

2)  After adding an Attachment, I can see the Created and Update User Name (myself) next to Created and Updated dates, but when viewing Attachments added by other users, the
     User Name is not shown. It appears that the User Name is only visible to the creating user. I want the User Name to always be shown, regardless of who is viewing the Attachment.
     Is this an option? Is it security controlled?
       
3)  According to the documentation I could find, Attachments can be secured at the User level. Such that they can have either no Attachment access or it can be limited to
     add/change/delete/inquire. I assume this is role based security. Can anyone verify that all of these functions can be secured by the User (role)?
