Lawson 9 laua LID- need help

We recently upgraded to Lawson 9. Our Lawson is connected to our AS400.  We noticed today that in our TEST environment, the users do not show up in LID when you run the laua command. In our production environment, everything works fine. The moment a user is setup in AS400 and Lawson Security Administrator, they show up in LID.

We have users setup in TEST environment, but the screen is blank when I run laua, and there should be a list of users there.


Is there anything in the configuration I can check? Why is it working ok in production but not in test. I hope I can get some assistance as I'm fairly new to Lawson 9.

Let me get it right. You are running Production and Test environment in two seperate servers right? In order for a user to show up in LAUA in LSF9. You will need to define the user under security administrator. If you are running two different box, then the user will need to be created twice.
