I need to setup SSO for an LBI 9.0.4.1 install with LSF 9.0.1.5. I see that now we have to create a direct IOS service to do this. The documents state that the Websphere service needs to run as a named user. Has anyone done this before? I have 3 total services one for the Node Agent one for the Cell manager and one for the application server. Do I need to set this account for all 3? When I try this the services start and then stop. I am running Websphere 7.0.0.9. on Windows 2008 sp2.

Although not quite the same config as you-- Make sure that the account you set up to run the service(s) is a domain account. You will have problems later on if you have it just run as a local account.
We are LBI 9.0.3.2 and LSF9.0.1.5, but we are still running Websphere 6.1 on Windows 2003.
