Help with ida.exe message

We were on lsf9 and upgraded to Apps 9 two weeks ago. All of our LBI users are unable to drill on back office reports such as GL291 and AP275. When they drill on GL291 and AP275 they get the security message "Lawson Users are not supported in IDA.exe". Has anyone ever seen this error message before?

That means that they are Lawson Security users, not LAUA users and need to be using the Drill servlet.
