Alternatives to Fax Integrator

We seriously need to replace our Fax Integrator PC.  I'd just as soon not replace like for like with the modem, and etc.

What are other people doing?  What do I need to do?

Any input is welcomed!

We are working on still using Fax Integrator, but stop faxing. We would only use it to email the PO's. We are in the process of whittling down the vendors that we still fax to. Once we stop faxing we will move to a virtual PC without the modem. My concern is if the modem dies we may not be able to replace it.

When recur runs PO120 or when buyers issue POs, we have MHC's Document Express grabbing the prt files from the print manager, putting our pretty PO overlay on them and then sending them out to printer/fax/email through RightFax - as that's the program IT had.
