I ran ED330 STOP on the Test system; however, it stopped the EDI translator on the PROD system. I don't understand how that happened unless I am missing something. Any suggestions?

Check ED00 and make sure the Edihost and Commhost fields have your test server and not production.

Hi JohA, I found out we are only using one server translator. I was able to upgrade EDI and run a test using an 856 document from the only vendor that's giving us an issue. It's so weird because GHX is saying that they don't alter the data and the vendor is saying they don't send us company information.

Check ED40 to see if you have [tpid]_I_COMPANY and [tpid]_I_VENDOR records for that vendor/account.
