Anyone have a data dictionary or an ERD for MSCM?

John: I know you had mentioned looking into it a while back. What's the status of that?

I have been requested to provide the signature on a report from MSCM.  The signature table has three fields (Signature_ID, Image_Data, Image_Type).  How can I obtain the signature of the individual using the signature_ID ?  Thank You.
