Modifying a fax

Can the standard fax document be modified? There are a few elements I would like to change but I don't know where the template is stored.

Jon: Are you talking about the cover page? Or the actual fax file itself? If cover page, yes.
Fax file itself, all I've been able to figure out how to do is to adjust the margins so that it correctly fits the paper when it faxes.

Yeah, I'm referring to the fax itself. I would like to change the wording where it says "Deliver on [date]" to "Deliver on or before [date]" among other things.
