We are in the middle of upgrading from MSP 6 to MSP 11. We are testing the HH devices so my user created a HH order. I ran a par report and don't see the order. Are we missing something, a step? The user did not get an error when she uploaded the order.

ESP 13
Lawson MSCM 9.0.1.13
MSP 11
Server 2003

Probably a simple question but do you have a TEST server and a PROD server? Is the handheld pointed to the correct server? I know I've done the opposite before- uploaded to TEST when I thought I was uploading to PROD.

I just double checked with the user and it's pointing to the test server. So there isn't any program or something we have to run after uploading via HH, right?

If the handheld said that counts were sent successfully you should see it listed in the par report. You're running the par report on the MSCM test server also?

I just double checked and it's test mscm. I ran a query to against the sync table. It has the 3 records we uploaded via the HH and they are stuck with a status of 0.

I'm not familiar with the MSCM tables. I don't have access to that server like I do with Lawson. So I'm afraid I won't be of much help. Sorry.
