I have tried a Add-Ins quirey but could not get it to work. Removing manually is taking forever.

I have not used PC10 since 2016 but still just had a traumatic flashback reading that.

You are correct, it's a mess. To Delete from PC10 you need to map:
f3 HCI-Company
f6 HCI-Rev-Center
then NOT pt-charge number or pt- item. Nope.
f9 Line-FC1: D (Delete)
f10:0 HCI-Charge-Nbr1
f11:0 HCI-Item1
f14:0 HLD-Charge-Nbr1
f15:0 HLD-Item1

The columns for f10/f14 and f11/f15 are duplicates of each other

Upload as change only.

Good lord, I hated that screen.
