Does PO04.3 restrict the buyer to be used on PO/Requisitions for other than those defined on this form?

We do not use PO04.3 to define the buyer on the requisition. We populate buyer on RQ01 and that assigns the buyer on the req.

PO04 and all subscreens are filters for buyer actions - not defaults. If you populate PO04.3 it is my understanding PO20 will not allow them to release for anything other than what you populate here.
