PO23 to PO100

I don't want to pick a specific vendor or an existing PO.  All I want is to be able to clear an item on PO23 so that it'll flow through on the next PO100.  How do I do that??

If you just change the line with NO information in the po header section, only the req line changes. The next PO100 does it's thing. Basically inquire on Req number or item only. Use FC C and click Change.

How do most people build their requisitions to POs, do they build the majority out of PO100 or PO23?
