Congrats on posting!

Since we went live with Lawson in 2012, we have had to have the end user complete their Req Center Setup by going to the Manage Subscriptions piece, and add Requisition Center to their "Navigation".  This has caused a disconnect in the setup process and even with instructions, the end users aren't always able to do this correctly.

I have to believe that others are doing this as part of the Security/RQ04 setup.  Does anyone have any input/instructions on how to do this?  I'm sure it would be done when a user's security is setup.  A screenshot is attached of the piece I'm referring to.

You could create a group and tie that group to the Requisition Center bookmark.  In security, you would have to give each person with RQC the group you created.

How do you have them assign their own requester?

We received some information from someone on the Infor Community site and it was a simple process and the users no long have to take care of this.

Kat V - They don't assign their own requester, they have just been forced to add their bookmark for Req Center after we complete their security/RQ04 setup. We would have a lot of users contacting us multiple times after we would do our part in the setup, saying that they don't have access, mainly because they were skipping that step in our instructions.

Ah! We have a "ping-pong" with our IT security. SCM creates RQ04 then we send to IT to add the roles and bookmarks. I thought you had a process flow for us to steal!
