RQ to Gatekeeper 250

Hello

An RQ is showing as unreleased status and won't appear in Gatekeeper 250 for PO conversion,

Is there a way to manually push it through?

I am not familiar with Gatekeeper 250, but have you tried releasing the Req? If you do what error do you get?

What is Gatekeeper 250? Requisitions cannot be seen by any other Lawson module - including req approval - until they are released. Who is putting in the req?

We tried releasing the RQ but nothing happens .

Do you see a message in the IE status bar when you try to release the req?
