RQ01 vs PO15

Has anyone experienced Lawson having issues with different from locations in RQ01 and PO15? For example a requester attempted to place a requisition for an item off a template pointing to a different from location than the RQ01 points to for that cost center. Somehow this may have caused a java scripting error and I want to see if anyone else has experienced this or if I am going in the wrong direction. I could not reproduce the error under the same RQC ID.

I've never seen an error like that and we have lots of templates with items pointing to locations other than the default location for the requester in RQ01.

please do you know why an Item in PO15 template will not show up on Req center

The requester may have been set up to view only contract items or only inventory or only those items set up in the IC12 for their default From Location. Check the Requisition Center tab in RQ04 in the Item List Specific Fields area. If both flags are N then it's something else.
