Does anyone have the necessary classes (with rules) and roles that are necessary for a requester to use RQC? Thanks!

your existing RSS roles pretty much work with RQC.

Assuming that you are upgrading from RSS to RQC, yes the roles, classes and rules your used for RSS will apply to RQC. Is this a new install?
