Does Lawson have the capability to reload a budget for certain periods, in this case Feb - Dec?

My organization is new to Lawson. We need to make budget changes for February - December. What is the process for deleting the remaining 11 months of the budget and reloading a revised budget?

Hi John,
We are using Lawson GL "FB" forms. We are loading the budget in the GL "Flex Budgeting" module.

Assuming you want to leave the budgets mostly intact, if you have the Excel Addins, you could write zeroes into the appropriate periods on FB20.

Thanks for your response. Does this mean the zeros will not overide existing data? Can you share how the load process works, whether it is additive or replaces existing values? In our case, we need to leave January budget intact, but replace February - December.
