What is the easiest way to enter the PO# and see the overall payments and overall remaining balance (money left on the PO)?

User is currently using PO64, but thinks there must be a better way

Not really. Depending on your version - v10 or a JT for v9 - there is a match analysis button from PO64 that launches MA90.

Thanks Kat..... Was going to mention that we are 9.0.1 but neglected to. Looks like I will need to write a query screen for that then.....

Just an update... PO222 gave the user exactly what he wanted to see....
