Field hrorganization required

Hi all,

Have anyone come across an error message saying that "Field hrorganization required" when configuring lawson talent management? we have created an enterprise group and attached an organization but the error message displays  when we are trying to create legal entities,competencies,resources etc. 

Does any of you have an idea where we have gone wrong? appreciate your help

It could be possibly be the following:

Your role was not setup with access for the particular organization unit you are trying to add/enter codes.
OR
It is the effective date you are using to enter the code - this one gets us every time.

Thanks a lot. The role was not setup with the organization access. Its working now.
