if you have Global Human Resources, would that include Talent Acquisition and On-boarding, or are those separate modules.  We are having a discussion and can't get any straights answers from Lawson.

Our GHR included TA but not onboarding (HRSD). We paid a fortune to add HRSD and now we're considering implementing GHR without TA because the TA product is so bad in terms of functionality and usability.

Talent Acquisition and On-boarding are separate modules. We have both along with Global Human Resources. We just went live last month with On-Boarding.

Compared to what we had before it is much better. It did require a lot of retraining.
