Offer Letter Merge Fields

hi -
I am in the end stage of a full lawson implementation for the Talent Acquisition (LTM) side of the house.  I am in the end stage of integrated user testing and our offer letters are not currently working. Does anyone know if there is an add-on in Microsoft Word to add Lawson Pattern Language (LPL) merged fields so the information from the candidate record/requisition autopopulates into the offer letter?

A link to the LPL database or an add-on would be helpful so I can recreate our offers.

Hi Dina,

There isn't a Microsoft Word Add-on, but Spreadsheet Designer (Excel add-on) would allow you to extract the business class data (including derived fields) into Excel and then use that data as a source for a Word mail merge. 

I think that's as close as you are going to get without using the in-app letters.
