BSI 10 Payment Overrides

More of an informal survey than anything else - do you save your historical payment overrides, so you can see within BSI what the annual contributions to DC plans have been over the years?  We have done this, however, I think I'm trying to talk myself into changing our process, especially with BSI10.  Keeping the history has allowed us to catch some errors in the past, however, with the new web version, in my opinion, it's much more time consuming to maintain this way.  Unless I'm totally missing something, I can't figure out how to sort the payment overrides, which means paging down each time and hoping I don't miss any current overrides.  Having to stop overrides in one place, then add new ones in another is also more challenging, particularly ensuring no overrides were missed (we have both 7701(j) and Roth, so it's double overrides).  I have the IRS announcements, so there's always a way to obtain what the historical limits have been - I'm just not thinking we need to have it in BSI, too.  Your input is greatly appreciated!
