Interfacing Lawson employee data to Kronos

How do others get new and updated employee record information (name/title/supervisor/dept/etc) from Lawson to Kronos? I would have expected an automated job.   We create new records in Kronos by running an ADD INs query from Lawson and then converting the results to match a Kronos upload template.  We currently maintain employee data changes in Kronos manually.  We'd like to automate this process.   Is that an option?

Our upload process is automated. We have a SQL script that drops a flat file of employee changes every night. That file is transferred to our Kronos server which then runs a WIM interface to import the people changes. It does require someone who knows how to write Kronos Interfaces to do this, but it is certainly possible.
