401k Company Match Annual Limit

Hi!

We are planning to introduce a new Employer Match Plan for Highly Comp Associates, as follows:

Set a plan for an Annual Limit - $115,000, where Company matches 4%, and then the excess of $115,000, Company will match 1%.

I would like to know, if this can be set up and if anyone has done this?
