ACA 1095 Reporting

We use MHC to print the 1095-C forms and the data is lining up correctly on the form.

Has anyone created an upload for BN27.2 in add-ins? I am having issues getting mine to work.

I have never found an upload that works using the Add Ins. However, if you use the bn527, you can basically do an upload that way. The bn527 will pull a CSV file from a pre-designated place on your network and upload the file to the bn27. Here is what one of mine looked like:
