AM30.1 ASSET TRANSFER UPLOAD, RELEASE MEMO RECORDS?

I'm doing an asset tranfer via AM30.1 upload and get a message of: (*) Memo records exist, accept entries to add.  How do I integrate the add function into the upload?

I think that is happening if your system options on AM16 are set to "Display Journal Entry" Yes. If you have it set this way, when you do any transactions, it requires you to add the journal entry. If you set this option to No, it creates the journal entry automatically and you should not receive this message. It is a company wide setting though, so unless you change it immediately before and after doing your upload, it will impact the normal addition process as well.
