ATS Tied to Lawson

We are getting to roll out a new Applicant Tracking Sysyem which will integrate with Lawson. W need to find a way to tie our job codes in Lawson to the job search category in the new ATS. Has anyone done this and if so, which screen and field did you use.

What ATS are you using - Lawson? Sounds like you are trying to get the ATS to use the data in Lawson. We usually sync the data from one system into the other with regular integration feeds.

We're currently evaluating ATS's and would like to hear from anyone who has done this, who they went with and their experience interfacing it with Lawson. We spoke to Lawson about their ATS offering which I beleive was "acquired" but their solution required purchasing the new Human Capital Management suite which was not an option for us. Thanks.

We are using Silk Road's product called Open Hire. Works great for us. We have been using the tool for a few years now. We integrate by sending Lawson information to their system on a nightly basis - even some fields that Silk Road added as custom fields in their system. As for pulling hired information we do this with a simple link that populates an Excel add-in that we then use to populate PA31 and run PA52.4 to hire. However, I seem to remember that we had options to popluate HR11 directly, write the information to both PA31 and PA52.4, or save the file to be used by PA531.

Silk Road has been easy to work with as a company and thier tool has been flexible to meet our needs.

Shane, we looked at more than 10 vendors products that cater to the high volume hiring model we experience in the retail segment. We've narrowed it down to 3 now but it's been a difficult process since they all have some shortcomings. What was the business reason that drove you to use PA's vs. just loading the new hires in with HR511? We are considering the latter for simplicty sake. Thanks, Joe

Shane - What vertical is JFG in - do you do high volume evergreen requisition hiring with Silk Road ?

We ended up going with Position Manager from HealthCareSource. Seems to be working just as we hoped it would. Thanks for the feedback and help.
