We do not use ESS. Our benefits team does all benefit enrollment manually.
Right now it is a 3 step process.
1 - Enroll employees on BN32.1 or BN31.2
2 - Enter dependent information on HR13,
3 - Attach dependents to the benefits.
Even if we use uploads we are using 3 uploads to accomplish enrollments. This is a very inefficient process and we're hoping that maybe there is a better more efficient way to process benefit enrollments/changes/terms. Does anyone have a good process they would share?
