We are working on setting up our benefit premiums based on FTE.
I am wondering if user exits are required.
Does anyone have a setup they would be willing to share?
Feel free to reach out to me by email: hoffmannw@pdc.us
Thanks!

When setting up benefits based on FTE, we create employee groups based on FTE, then create BN contribution tables for each employee group.

If you're using the flex benefits, you would create BN08 records for each employee group.

Yes if you want the deduction multiplied by the total FTE you will need a custom calc i.e. user exit, that is if this is a flat contribution (options amount) plan.

For other types of plans you could get creative using BN salary fields.
