BN103 Ending Plans 12/31/13

I want to stop several plans using BN103 effective 12/31/13.  The medical plans that I will be stopping will not be used in 2014.  New plans have been set up for 2014.  Will the runing of the BN103 affect 2013 payroll processing?  We still have deductions that need to come out for 2013.  I would like to stop the plans now as opposed to doing this on 12/31/13 as payroll has requested.

You should be fine provided your payment date is less than or equal to the stop date.
