Charity Donations by employees and Lawson

We have a Foundation department at our company and they manage employee donations to charities and funds. We have donation campaigns where if employees want to, they can choose to donate money from their check or PTO to a campaign. We currently have a custom form created in Lawson for the employee to submit their donation.

My question - do any other companies use Lawson to allow employees to donate to charity? If so, how do you capture the donation requests - via a custom form like us, or another way?
