City & County minimum wage increases

Can anyone tell me how they handle minimum wage changes when it's county or city changes and not state? EX: Maryland 2 counties for this year and City of Chicago's upcoming increase in July. Is there a way to set up in Lawson? If not what is your work around? Thanks

Just a simple suggestion. Setup employee group (HR55) with criteria below minimum wage (rate of Pay begin value = 0, end value = 1 cent less than minimum rate for example). Apply wage increase (PA100) to the employee group to adjust rate of pay to meet minimum wage effective whatever date you choose?

I've never had to do this, but have you tried entering the minimum wage on the PR06.3 for the appropriate Tax Authority for those counties and city (assuming you've created tax authorities for them)?
