Delete PR30 Standard Time Records

Hello....I am a consultant and trying to assist my client with deleting over 13,000 PR30 standard time records.  I am usually really good with Addins....but this one is causing me problems.  Most of the employees are termed.  I have the hidden key set....and I tried to review the XML (but I am not technical).  I keep getting message that "must inquiry first".  I have worked on this for hours.   If someone has an Addins for PR30 DELETE that they would share (send screen print of upload), I would deeply appreciate it !!
