Dependents Not Being Enrolled During Online Annual Enrollment

During our online annual enrollment, there are a few employees that I can see via BS31/BS531 signed up for dependent benefits, but when you look at the bndepbatch file and BN532, no dependents appear for the employee.  Therefore, none appear in BN32.  Are employees somehow able to enroll for dependent benefits in ESS without adding dependents, or is there a glitch in Lawson?

Do you have intellias? We are having similar issues.
