Download accruals from LP64

I need to download each biweekly accrual for specified data range and the associated dates that appear on the Transactions tab on LP64. I can't locate what table this data is stored in. I've tried TAEEMASTER and TAPLAN but I can't locate the fields. Is there another table that could be storing the data?

TRAN_TYPE = 21
