Is there a table or query that can be used to determine if an employee was in a specific Employee Group for a specific time period? For example, determine if the employee was in a specific Employee Group for the time period January 2012 – December 2012.

History like that is not stored anywhere within Lawson... sorry....

Correct Lawson does not store this data.

However, the Dashboard Gear HR data mart can report on the employee's group history, if the employee group definition does not change.
