We are in the process of upgrading to Apps 9.0.1.4 from 8.0.1.6. One of the "features" that we have been waiting for is the benefit deduction start dates fields on BN31.2/BN32. We have been testing our benefit upload process using BN531/BN532 and noticed that our plans attached to flex are not updating the deduction start date field. Actually, the benefit itself errors out on the upload and does not add to BN32. Has anyone encountered this issue in Apps 9?

This was on the Lawson community - looks like there are some patches, and you need to run a PR797:
Mid-year changes to RS plans
We just went to 9.0.0.4 last December . On the BN32.1 the Deduction start and stop dates on the bottom of the screen are not being populated. This is preventing us from making a mid-year change to a RS plan. Lawson does not have a patch to put the start/stop dates in the fields. Is anyone else having the same issue? If yes, how are you making a making a mid-year change?
Did you ever resolve this, we are having a similar issue but we are on 9.0.0.5 Apps
We just resolved our problem with this, not sure what version or anything, but we ran PR797 in update mode and are now able to change RS plans mid year and correct $'s are flowing through to payroll.
Tracy, We just resolved it yesterday after applying two patches, several webex's with Lawson and many screen prints to Lawson. I also had to run the PR797 in the end to be able to get it to work. I'm sorry I didn't respond to your earlier e-mail but every day I was working with Lawson on how to correct the situation.
