Hi.. We are scheduled to go-live on LP Nov 14th... and are still having an issue with our allotment plan.. I have been trying to get Infor support to help but have gotten NOWHERE with them.. I am hoping someone that uses the allotment setup in LP is willing to help me.. I am sure we are just not using the correct date in one of my LP31 dates but have not been able to figure it out.. Any help is greatly appreciated. We have the allotment scheduled to happen the same pay period as the carryover reducing the balance to zero. The carryover setup happens correctly in that pay, however the new year hours are not getting alloted. It is not happening until the next pay. so there is one pay that the balance is zero. Any suggestions on what could be setup wrong and what to try is greatly appreciated.. My email is
sylvie.vincenti@aultman.com
and my direct line is 330-363-6247 if someone is willing to help me out. Thank you.
